What are your service hours?

Tuesday through Saturday. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
 

Do you give free estimates?

Over the phone is free. If we are called out we charge a minimum of 1 hour labor for the visit.
 

Will my factory warranty be effected?

No, all our parts and fluids conform to the ridge standards of Mercedes-Benz and are completely approved. Not performing your maintenances on time and using substandard fluids may effect your warranty though.
 

What are your qualifications?

The owner/ head technician has been in the field for over 24 yrs. He graduated top of his class at the auto tech school U.T.I, and was factory trained by Mercedes-Benz in Orlando Florida and Chicago. He worked at various dealers since Jan 2000 including Mercedes of Novi where he received employee of the year!
 

Do you charge extra to come to me?

No, as long as your within our normal service radius of 20 miles. Though we do ask for a minimum of 1hrs worth of work in most cases.
 

Are you Licensed? Insured?

Of course. With the state BAR# ard00257966 , with the EPA # cal000349367 and with the city. We also hold a $1,000,000 Liability insurance
 

Can you reset my maintenance light?

Definitely, we use the same software as the dealer.
 

Are you going to make a mess in my driveway?

We lay out the necessary mats and pans to cover the work area well. You will never know we were there.
 

Whats your warranty?

1yr or 12,000 miles which ever comes first—the industry standard. This covers parts and labor when the recommended OEM parts are used. If you provide your own parts and the part fails there is no warranty.
 

What is your labor rate?

$180 per flat rate hr, compared to the dealers $220+
 

Do you accept extended warranties?

Most aftermarket warranties,Yes
 

How far will you drive?

The normal service radius includes- Temecula, Murrieta, Winchester, French Valley, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Perris, and certain parts of Hemet. An additional cost is charged beyond that. Typically we don't travel farther than an hour out of the radius.
 

Do you have a shop I can come to?

Nope, being mobile has big advantages that save both of us money in the end.
 

Other then Mercedes what do you service?

At this time our focus is solely on Mecedes-Benz .
 

What type of payment do you accept?

Credit, cash and surprisingly still check.
